How do I return?

• Contact our main phone number with your order number, name, email address and contact number
• Provide the details and reason for return
  

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 48 hours upon receipt.

• They must be in original condition
• They must be unwashed and unworn

Clearance items, free gifts and promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the cost of the return. You must return to the one our pickup locations (see the Contact, Pickup and Delivery page for up to date information).

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we return the funds via the original payment method
